For over a decade I have taught yoga and mindfulness sessions in London.
Delivering private 1-to-1 sessions and tailored corporate programmes. With a background in professional ballet, I trained at The Royal Ballet School and Central School of Ballet where I first discovered yoga.
This led me to complete my yoga and mindfulness teacher training and develop a strong understanding of the mind-body connection.
All sessions are thoughtfully tailored to the individual and organisation, with an emphasis on integrating yoga and mindfulness into daily life - supporting balance and wellbeing.
