With more than ten years of experience in teaching yoga and mindfulness, I support individuals and organisations in building sustainable wellbeing. Based in London, I offer both private 1-to-1 sessions (online and in person) and tailored corporate wellbeing programmes.

Before teaching, I trained at The Royal Ballet School and Central School of Ballet. It was during this time that I discovered yoga, which became an essential tool for both my physical and mental balance. This experience led me to complete my yoga and mindfulness teacher training and deepen my understanding of the mind–body connection.

My approach is thoughtful, practical, and inclusive. Each session is designed to meet people where they are, offering accessible techniques that can be integrated into daily life to support long-term wellbeing.
