Hello l'm Jess West
I'm a yoga and mindfulness instructor based in London.
I began practicing yoga and mindfulness whilst studying at the Royal Ballet School in 2011 and went on to train at Centred Yoga under Paul Dallaghan in 2015.
I have since been teaching group sessions in corporate offices, and 1 - 1 sessions online and in clients homes.
I enjoy developing strong relationships with my clients and witnessing the positive and impactful benefits the sessions have on their day to day lives.
